Drawing Sculpture

1)     Day 1 – Drawing sculpture in the archive and collection room at NAS.

2)     Day 2 – Drawing sculpture at the Art Gallery of NSW

3)     Day 3 – Drawing again at the AGNSW.

4)     Day 4 – Development of the drawings at NAS (in the second year sculpture room) with an emphasis on larger scale.


The Lecturers:

Jim Croke has been exhibiting sculpture and drawing for over thirty years. After training at NAS Jim travelled overseas and then moved to country NSW upon his return. His first solo exhibition was in 1979 and he has shown with Brenda May Gallery (Access Gallery before 2000) until the present. Jim has participated in many group shows and is represented in several corporate and private collections. He has been teaching at NAS since 1985 and has participated in the very important institution that is drawing week since its inception.
